James McPartland (aka "Mac") is the Principal and Chief Inspiration Officer of Access Performance International, a training and consulting firm that demonstrates how to remove the interference between stated business objectives and profitable results by realizing the importance of the human potential in business. For over 25 years Mac has studied the science of achievement and worked both inside and alongside top businesses, organizations and leaders such as Kellogg, The Dow Chemical Company, IBM, Athlete’s First, Allergan, Merrill Lynch, Z Pizza and The Young President’s Organization to bring about positive and profitable outcomes.
As the creator of “The High Performance Project”, a methodology dedicated to unleashing true human potential resulting in sustainable individual high performance levels and thus prosperity for the entire organization, Mac focuses on helping successful leaders transform into their 'best' by achieving positive lasting change for themselves and their teams. Mac strategically explains in his “Tens Steps to High Performance Living”, that high performance is not about gathering more information, it is about gaining access to transformation. While his work is chiefly focused on corporations and their leaders, he’s found that personal growth and professional growth are interdependent. When we grow as individuals, in our intellect, our relationships, even our physical fitness, we grow as professionals and as leaders.
